Welcome to our personal collection of culinary delights. This family collection of recipes, some of them are historical, some traditional, some spontaneous, and others just plain good. Wherever possible we will credit the original source of the recipe, but as with the nature of family history, not all sources can be documented.

We hope you will enjoy our recipes as much as we do and ask you to come back and let us know what you thought if you tried any of them out. For right now contributions will be limited to the the branches of the Penn and Boroff Family trees, which could end up to be quite extensive.
